What is the Definition of International Institutional Child Abduction?
"International institutional abduction" refers to:
1) Situations in which an institution, organization, or entity takes a person (often a minor) out of a country without permission or in violation of that country's laws. This can occur for various reasons, such as abductions by criminal organizations, human trafficking, human smuggling, forced labor, or other illegal activities.
2) International institutional abduction is a serious violation of the law and may require the cooperation of law enforcement and legal collaboration on an international level to safely return the person to their country of origin and prosecute those responsible.
3) The fight against international institutional abduction often involves efforts from national and international law enforcement agencies, such as INTERPOL and other organizations specialized in combating organized crime and human trafficking. Countries also collaborate through international treaties and agreements to combat cross-border kidnapping and illegal activities and to protect victims.

Our website ABCinLAW is born after our hero L.A.W. has been illigaly kidnapped by Spanish Authorities on the 12th of july 2022 between 09:00 and 10:00 in the morning.
He was helt prisoned, as he calls it himself, for 42 days in a closed institution of the IASS Zaragoza Spain.
They named it a "SafeHouse" and we did not know where he was or even why.
It was totally not a safe place at all for he was also sexual abused during his imprisonment.
We will do whatever is needed and within our power in togtherness to bring awareness about illigal International Institutional Child kidnappings by Central Authorities in the EU. Follow our story and get inspired.

We where forced to leave Spain within 48 hours demanded the head director Maria from the IASS Gobiergno de Aragon, otherwise we did not get our son back! After 42 days of being in a IASS Prison in Zaragoza (Aragon) he is back with us. Sexual abused and traumatized. 'Telling him that we didn't go back to his home but to the Netherlands, that he totally lost the life he knew was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life. Totally heartbreaking'
After a violent, brutally and illigal kidnapping of our son by IASS, the Guardia Civil and the UCOMA have ruined our lives completly! The vet harmed our dog, lost our home, jobs, friends and animals. We're heavely traumitazed. IASS Zaragoza and Maella didn't follow the international law. Just say it in English!! Imagine: You telling your child he never sees his home again after he got back to you after 42 days of kidnapping. I had to do that. The most difficult task I had to face in my life. Heartbreaking.

Here at ABC in LAW, we are driven to do our part in making the world a safer place for our children and families. Since our Hero L.A.W (our son's initionals) was brutally and illigal kidnapped by the Spanish Government of Gobiergno de Aragon's social services IASS on the 12th of july 2022 we knew from the heart that this must have a higher purpose. This is not happing to us alone, we must give our LAW a voice, a safe place and platform to bring more children safe at home again. So here we are!

Our LAW Village was created as a community for us personally as a 24x7 support group. The orginal name is Bring Lucca Home. To connect with each other and share information between us during the time LAW was kidnapped. Since LAW is back with us the Village is growing with other beautifull humans who are going through similar difficulties. HELP - in Spain, two daughters were illegally taken from me - help! Our Center helps Ukrainian refugee Yulia Panasenko. The story that happened to her is monstrous and terrible for us.
