Joanna's Magic offers a unique mediation service, where she works with you as a mom and/or dad and authorities to ensure the best outcome for the child.
Joanna speaks Spanish, English and Polish, and uses her unique knowledge to help you as the biological creator of your son or daughter, always putting the child first. Joanna is a strong woman who has a lot of experience and resources to help her clients achieve their goals. She fights for what is right!

No case is the same for that reason it cannot be stated in advance how much time it will take. We make separate arrangements with everyone. Your contribution depends entirely on your situation and we take all aspects into account.
By default, we have an intake meeting to agree on a customized trajectory.
Expenses such as travel and possible accommodation costs on site should be reimbursed. A donation for my time and effort(s) is very welcome and much appreciated.

As a mom who has experienced the trauma of having a child kidnapped, I innerstand how difficult it can be to stay strong and focused in such a difficult situation.
I know from my own experiances that sometimes you just need a talk with someone who experianced the same. No One else can innerstand what you are going through and you do not have always the strength to explain everything again.
I provide a safe space to talk from mother to mother and offer advice based on my experiances on how to stay focused and strong while navigating this situation. My goal is to help other moms find their inner strenght and a way to deal with this.
