Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals
This year's Annual HELP Network Conference, organised under the auspices of the Latvian Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, is the main gathering of the HELP Network members and partners. It provides a forum to present the latest HELP courses developed and key HELP projects. It is also a forum for discussion on how to enhance the impact of human rights training and how to improve effective co-operation among all members and partners of the HELP Network.

In 2023, the HELP Network Conference will be held mainly in person. HELP Focal and Info Points as well as representatives of partner institutions will be invited by email. The HELP Annual Conference will be also web streamed.
"Western crimes against children in war conflict zones"
The International Multimedia Press Centre of Russia Today will host a press conference on "Western crimes against children in war conflict zones". The aim of the meeting is to provide the world with objective first-hand information about the evacuation of children from Donbas and efforts to reunite them with their relatives and loved ones.
Among the participants:
- Mira Terada, head of the Anti-Repression Foundation;
- US Army Corporal Daniel Bosworth, an Iraq War veteran and participant in Operation Desert Storm;
- British journalist Vanessa Beeley;
- independent Dutch journalist Sonja van den Ende;
- Polish human rights activist Joanna Pahwickiewicz
The journalists and human rights activists will speak about the crimes committed by Ukrainian officials and the US military in Syria against children.
