With great pain in our hearts, we have had to make a forced decision to sell our dream Finca La Solucion. We simply had no choice. Yes, before and during the closures we made plans to move to another place in Spain and build a new life, for many reasons. L.A.W. is getting older and then it is easier to have a place closer to a bigger city so he can explore life in all its glory. Also, my job changed and it would be nice if I could live closer to the office. However, the lockdowns did not help in making our plans or even thinking about selling our beautiful castle and land. It also required a lot of preparations at all levels of life and also for our beloved animals. They would definitely have gone with us! We cannot imagine life without them.
And then the Spanish government played their game and we had to leave Spain within 48 hours! Leaving everything behind...
Well normally, it is not wise to share an uncomfortable story if you want to sell a house. So why am I sharing this with you and why on this website? Isn't it better to say nothing about it? My simple answer is no. Our story has nothing to do with our beautiful Real A State and we believe in honosty. It is still the best country to be without children!

The energies on our land are amazing. We still love our Finca La Solucion and it is terrible that we can no longer live our lives there. It's not fair either. Now we are at a point where we know that you are the best caretakers of this unique place. It is a perfect place to disconnect from the world, live in and with nature, experience a rural life, be off grid and self-sufficient. Do you feel drawn to this place? The price is negotiable. You buy it as is with everything included outside and inside the house, the animals not included. They have all found new homes.
